Join holistic health coaches, Marisa Molina and Hannah Mills from Hello Beautiful Health this Mother's Day for an unforgettable experience of food, friendship, and female empowerment!

Destress, restore, and feel NOURISHED! Marisa and Hannah will guide us through a 2 hour workshop focused on mindful eating practices, while we embark on a 4 course culinary adventure!

Our relationship to food is a central one that reflects our attitudes toward our environment and ourselves. As a practice, mindful eating can bring us awareness of our own actions, thoughts, and feelings, and can bring insight into the roots of health and contentment. Learn how transforming our relationship with food can transform our lives!

Together we will explore:

How to balance eating for nourishment with eating for enjoyment

How to resolve mindless and emotional eating

How to use your hunger satiety to guide your eating

How to care for your mind, body and soul

Lunch is paired with Milagro wines - pairing will be facilitated by winemaker. Menu posted soon.

"My life’s purpose is to enable beautiful, amazing, and successful women like you to be free from food anxiety and guilt, to be fully attuned to your body and trust yourself with food again, and have complete control over your eating habits.
I firmly believe that there is no one-size-fits all diet, that just by re-learning how to listen to your natural body cues you can enjoy your favorite foods and reach your optimal weight and health.
I am living proof that this is totally attainable and possible. Since the age of 9 or 10, I have tried every diet in the book, back then it was low fat, low calorie, low carb, then it was low sugar, no sugar, paleo, gluten free, dairy free, low protein, juice cleanse, unprocessed, intermittent fasting you name it and I have tried it. All in the name of “I’m just being healthy”. None of them ever stuck and I would always feel sluggish and eventually gain any weight back that I lost.
I believe that every woman, including you, should be free from the number on the scale and wake up in the morning feeling beautiful and confident to go after the relationship or career of your dreams.  It’s time to realize that there isn’t anything wrong with you, there’s nothing to fix or change.
I support women, just like you, to stop the cycle of disliking themselves, their bodies and the food they eat because of what our culture tells us is “healthy” or beautiful.
There is nothing more fulfilling than watching my clients lose weight, while eating what they love without dieting. Or finding themselves beautiful for the first time in their life.  To watch them build lasting lifestyles that they love and enhance their well-being, but most importantly to watch them have relationships for the first time in years, to start businesses, to be promoted, and to feel beautiful again!"

After receiving her Bachelors of Science Degree from California Polytechnic State University, Hannah traveled the globe to work for world-renowned Organic and Biodynamic farms, vineyards and wineries including Domain Pellè, Viña Cobos, Kosta Browne & Burn Cottage. She then returned to San Diego to start Lost Burn Farm and a Community Supported Agriculture program to bring nutrient dense food to young families. Simultaneously, she completed extensive course work at the world’s leading nutrition school, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, where she studied over 100 dietary theories, holistic nutrition, sustainable lifestyle methods and highly effective counseling techniques with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.  Hannah continues to study and extend her teaching skills with various trainings, mentors and her own personal life experience. She has also recently launched NEAKITA, a conscious tea line offering unique blends designed for radiant health, sensual indulgence + complete vitality.

"I left my successful jet-setting career to help women who are dealing with similar struggles to what I myself have been through; overwhelmed, unhappy and self-conscious - to change their lives for the better through tools and practices for holistic living.
I work with women who never thought their dream life was possible, and together we are able to effectively create that yearned for transformation.
I’m a big believer in practical living. I believe in co-existing in our modern day world. I am a healthy living, ambitious go-getter - I am a teacher, student, friend, maid of honor to my sister, mom to a wild Vizla, the owner of multiple businesses, and more. I know how difficult it can be to balance life and health. I work passionately on things I love and one of those things is teaching even the busiest of women unique and approachable ways to take care of themselves and live healthier lives.
I believe that by healing one’s relationship with food, one is able to heal their relationship with themselves and their surrounding world."

About Kelli:

"Ten years ago, I started out as a counselor because I wanted to help people live the best life possible, but I found that talk therapy was a lot of rehashing old wounds and resistance. Then I took up yoga and noticed how students often walked in looking tired and defeated, but 1 hour later left smiling, vibrant— exalted! It was a no brainer to change paths and become a yoga teacher instead.

I do yoga because it makes me feel like the superhero of my own life: able to handle any challenges that cross my path, slaying negative thoughts and patterns, feeling confident, brave and strong, better equipped to help those around me.

I teach yoga because I believe that if I can help you move through challenges in yoga with grace and a little humor, feel more comfortable in your own body and mind, and increase your health, then we’ve done something amazing together.

My classes are usually strong, nurturing, empowering, creative, sometimes more on the fun side /sometimes more focused; all designed to derail you from your auto-pilot patterns and move you into mindfulness so that you can live the best life you can imagine.

I’m a 500-RYT Vinyasa Yoga Teacher with over 2700 hours of teaching experience and additional certifications in Anatomy & Biomechanics of Yoga from Dr. Raymond Long, Yin Yoga with Paul Grilley, and Budokon Yoga with founder Cameron Shayne. I’ve led workshops on Yin Yoga, Meditation, Safe Wrists/Strong Core, Yoga for Horse Riders and Yoga for Runners. I was honored to assist the Budokon Yoga Teacher Training at Ra Yoga, Los Angeles and teach at the Yoga Rocks the Park event in San Diego, 2014."

Milagro Family Farm and Winery

Milagro Farm Vineyards & Winery is a full production boutique winery in eastern San Diego County. Tucked into the Ramona Valley near the Cleveland National Forest, the property features a naturally rolling landscape dotted with impressive granite boulders and coast live oak trees. The winery was founded in 2001 by current owners Kit and Karen Sickels, when the Ramona Valley was named an American Viticultural Area, a federal designation for distinct wine-producing regions (an exciting event for Ramona, and Southern California as a whole!).

Situated at 2,400ft elevation and bathed in Southern California sun, Milagro Farm Vineyards & Winery enjoys warm days and cool nights. During the spring and summer, morning fog is frequent because there are no mountains to block the coastal air. (On a clear day you can see across San Diego to the Pacific Ocean). During the late summer days can become very warm, however because of the high elevation, the nights are cool. This balance is essential to producing flavorful wine grapes.

Milagro Farm Vineyards has since grown from just two varietals to eleven and from a few hundred cases to a few thousand in just 6 years. Estate grown barbera, sangiovese, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, petite sirah, petit verdot, chardonnay, pinot gris, sauvignon blanc and aleatico grapes reflect the mineral rich terroir of the Ramona hills and are cultivated to create the best of San Diego’s ultra premium small-lot wines. In addition to the wine grapes, the estate also includes apple and olive orchards, a citrus grove, pens for raising hogs, and an area for free-range chicken and turkeys that’s also home to a handful of peacocks.
